Tech2Work students first complete foundational Digital Literacy courses at eMerge, then move on to the Emerging Process Automation Technology course at LAUNCH at USF. The initiative includes placement and job coaching services for graduates as well as technical assistance to employers to ensure a natural, supportive work environment for employees of all abilities.
