Tech2Work students first complete foundational Digital Literacy courses at MTC, then move on to the Emerging Process Automation Technology course at LAUNCH at USF. The initiative includes placement and job coaching services for graduates as well as technical assistance to employers to ensure a natural, supportive work environment for employees of all abilities.

LAUNCH at USF and Tech2work students are provided a courtesy USF ID that gives them access to many of the same opportunities and campus experiences as students attending USF, such as the campus bus system, activities and library facilities.
