Kimberly Solms

Kimberly Solms is currently an Employment Specialist at the eMerge Career Collaborative. She helps to support individuals with disabilities to find and obtain employment that is the best fit for them within the community. She works collaboratively with the client, employers, supports, and the community in order to ensure successful employment. Kimberly graduated from the University of South Florida with her bachelor’s in social work. After graduating, she served as a Job Coach for a transition program for students with disabilities. She was also an active member in a non-profit organization called Best Buddies for 6 years and withheld the roles as Secretary and Membership Coordinator/ Activities Director. Kimberly looks forward to continuing the MTC mission of empowering people with disabilities to lead the lives they choose throughout her career.
